Michail Chkhikvishvili, a Georgian national also known as "Commander Butcher," was sentenced earlier today in federal court in Brooklyn to 15 years in prison. United States District Judge Carol Bagley Amon imposed the sentence for soliciting hate crimes and distributing instructions to make bombs and ricin.
