Mexican national sentenced in Oklahoma for unlawful reentry
The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma said Concepcion Soto-Rivera, also known as Conception Soto-Rivera, was sentenced to time served in Muskogee, Oklahoma, for one count of unlawful reentry of a removed alien. The defendant is 41 and described in the filing as a Mexican national unlawfully present in McIntosh County, Oklahoma. According to investigators, Soto-Rivera was found in the United States on March 17, 2026, without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission.
