Israel has carried out an air strike on Beirut's southern suburbs, in the first attack on Dahieh since a ceasefire deal was announced on 16 April.The strike hit an area where Hezbollah is based.Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he personally approved the strike, which he said targeted a commander in Hezbollah's elite Radwan Force.Local media reports said members of the unit were meeting when the attack happened at around 20:00 local time.Images posted online showed large flames and at least one building heavily damaged.There has been no reaction from Hezbollah so far.The strike puts further pressure on a ceasefire...
