EU raises support for Djibouti Armed Forces to EUR 20 million
The Council has agreed to strengthen EU support for the Djibouti Armed Forces under an existing assistance measure adopted in 2025 through the European Peace Facility. The financial reference amount will increase from EUR 10 million to EUR 20 million. According to the Council, the amendment reflects a deeper EU-Djibouti partnership in security and defence.
