Turkey seeks Interpol red notices for Netanyahu over Gaza flotilla case
Turkey has asked for Interpol red notices for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and another suspect in connection with the May interception of the Global Sumud Flotilla, in a further legal step that deepens the dispute between Ankara and Jerusalem. Turkish Justice Minister Akin Gurlek said arrest warrants had already been issued on 14 July, and that the justice ministry had now requested the interior ministry to pursue international circulation of the case.
