Henrietta man arrested in child pornography production and possession case
O'Brien, 65, of Henrietta, New York, has been arrested and charged by criminal complaint with production and possession of child pornography. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced the case on October 5, 2026. Because of a prior conviction involving the sexual abuse of a minor, the charges carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison, a maximum of 40 years, a lifetime term of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine.
