Four teenagers have been arrested following the fatal stabbing of a 16-year-old boy near the Ortongate Shopping Centre in Peterborough on Sunday evening.The attack occurred at about 19:00 BST, with the victim later dying in hospital.Police have established that the stabbing was not a random act.A 15-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man, both from Peterborough, were arrested on suspicion of murder.Two girls aged 16 and 17 were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, with the 16-year-old also held for possession of a bladed article.All remain in police custody.The incident prompted a significant emergency response, including two ambulances, three ambulance...
