U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers in Louisville, Kentucky, intercepted a shipment from France that was falsely declared as containing a mini fridge. Upon inspection triggered by a CBP canine alert, officers found 12 boxes inside the shipment. Seven of those boxes contained a total of 23 pounds of Ethylpentedrone Hydrochloride, a potent and illegal stimulant with no recognized medical use, and known for causing severe health risks such as cardiac arrest and paranoia.
