Israeli settlers have pitched tents in the Wadi Zeytun area near the village of Umm Safa, northwest of Ramallah, in what was described as an attempt to establish a new outpost in the occupied West Bank. A separate outpost attempt was also reported in the village of Burqa on the same day.
