US President Donald Trump has been declared in excellent health after his annual medical exam at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. A White House memo said he is fully fit to carry out the duties of commander-in-chief and head of state. The assessment also said he scored 30 out of 30 on a standard cognitive test.The memo was issued on Friday by Capt Sean Barbabella, who said Trump has strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall physical function.
