The UK has expanded its national security response by outlawing three groups it says are linked to state threats from Iran and Russia. The new measures cover Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the Islamic Movement of Companions of the Right, and Russia's GRU Volunteer Corps. Weapons Found Near Synagogue Trigger Evacuation in Sarcelles, North of Paris
Three hundred people were evacuated on Saturday evening from a neighbourhood in Sarcelles, north of Paris, after reports of a suspicious vehicle near one of the town's synagogues. Police found guns inside the parked car, including what the interior minister described as a military-grade weapon.
