Woman found guilty of murdering sister in Camden home

Nancy Pexton has been found guilty of murdering her sister Jennifer Abbott Dauward in a Camden flat.
The attack occurred on 10 June last year, with Abbott found dead three days later by a neighbour who broke down the door.
Abbott, also known as Sarah Steinberg, was discovered with multiple stab and slash wounds and gaffer tape over her mouth.
Her corgi was trapped in the kitchen and was rescued by firefighters.
Pexton was arrested five days after the body was found when Abbott's diamond-encrusted gold Rolex watch was recovered from her bag.
The victim's son described a history of resentment between the sisters.
The case highlights a serious violent crime within a family setting, raising concerns about domestic tensions leading to fatal outcomes.
Evidence presented at the Old Bailey trial included CCTV footage showing Abbott returning from walking her dog on the morning of the attack.
Pexton spoke to her by phone shortly before visiting the flat and left about an hour later.
