In eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Ebola outbreak has spread to the Biena and Manguredjipa health zones, taking the total number of affected zones to four as cases and deaths rise. The war in Ukraine remains intense, with Western officials saying Russia is losing about 6,000 more troops each month than it can recruit, even as Moscow steps up strikes on Ukrainian targets.
