Ukraine and Russia traded drone attacks overnight, with the death toll in the Kyiv region rising to four, including three children, after a strike that also hit Moscow on Russia's election day. Russia's parliamentary vote continued amid cyberattacks and complaints from observers, with United Russia still expected to win.
